Such an amazing POD provider, fast and kind email responses and you know you are contacted by real people. No problems to make changes to the ordered design. They take any suggestions seriously and change their products or offers, to satisfy their customers. And that is huge ☺️ The necklaces are so delicate and beautiful, great quality. I honestly don't have any complaints ☺️

I would definitely recommend Ownprint - the products are beautiful and everything is customizable. You can design your own message cards - this was my priority besides the product itself! The samples i ordered have good quality and the engraving is perfect. At first i had a lot of questions, but Alex always answered every single one of them and responds very quick! If you are sitting on the fence- give it a try, you´ll not regret it!

We recommend to work with Ownprint. The jewellery is of very good quality and the engravings are beautiful, our customers love them. The support from Alex is awesome, questions are answered and problems are solved very quick and in a friendly and very kind way. You can create your own mockups with the templates from Ownprint and everything is explained very well. The app itsself also works fine.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OwnPrint. I work with other POD suppliers as well, but in my experience, OwnPrint is the best. Here's why: customer service. Alex and his team have worked with me to make sure my customers are happy. They've been extremely flexible and accommodating and their products are fantastic. I'm very happy I found them!

I will start with saying 5 stars is not enough. If I could give more I would. OwnPrint has been wonderful to work with, there are tutorial videos as you progress, their products are great quality and you cannot beat the prices, my integration with Shopify was very easy, in addition there is Alex who is the best customer support I have ever delt with. I have had so many questions and sent so many emails if I were Alex I would be tired of me by now. But that's not the case, his responses are alway so uplifting and friendly! I was looking to provide a product that could mean something, I didn't want just any product, I researched laser engravers for months and somehow stumbled upon OwnPrint. They have really taken my vision and made it a reality and I think they can do the same for you. Being able to provide such a heartwarming product makes me incredibly grateful for the opportunity. I am very happy! Ownprint connects to Shopify easily. If I need more customization, Alex, my supplier relations agent, responds quickly and often surprises me that the customization is possible. The quality of the product is high.

Great service wonderful jewelry

I am working with OWNPRINT for a year now and am super happy that I found them. They helped me building not just a drop shipping business but a real brand with product quality I can rely on. Big shoutout to Alex for his perfect customer support and also fairness when it comes to returns and reshipping. One thing I need to add is that they are always improving their products, quality and fulfillment time.

I was looking for a POD supplier that offers jewelry, is based in the EU, offers good product quality and works well with Shopify. I really searched for a long time for the perfect supplier that offers everything I wanted. After initial teething problems, which are totally normal when you start with something new, I wasn't disappointed with Ownprint and I'm glad I chose them. Alex offers fast, solution-oriented support, sometimes responds late in the evening, the products are very nicely engraved and you can ship to almost any country and quickly too. If you are looking for something negative, you will always find something, but I can only say that I am very satisfied with the team and the service. Keep up the good work!

Ownprint has worked extremely well for us! I love Alex and the whole team and we have never had any issues with communication. Every problem relating to syncing products and fulfillment has been fixed and their team takes time every day to answer our messages. Furthermore, their product quality has been overall good and our customers are really happy!
