Collecting the Engraving Details

Almost all our products require personalization. Therefore, you must collect the engraving details from your customers. Depending on your selling platform, there are a few different ways to do that:

1. If you sell on Shopify: You can collect the engraving  by using any variant options or product customization Shopify App.
2. If you sell on Etsy you can automate some part of the personalization, but if you sell products that require photo personalization you will need to collect the photos from each customer manually.
3. If you sell on Amazon you need to collect the personalization details manually
4. If you sell on any other platform that is not listed above feel free to send us a message. We would be happy to help integrate with your platform of choice
