Ownprint’s Privacy Policy

OWNPRINT FULFILLMENT  (“the App”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Ownprint”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Ownprint  provides print on demand dropship products & fulfillment "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

  1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:  

  • Name;
  • Company name;
  • Email address and phone number;
  • Shipping information;
  • Order handling information;
  • Payment and billing information (payment method details, first and last digits of your payment card);

Additionally, here are the API permissions that our app needs in order to provide our service.

  • read_products, write_products, read_locations, read_content, read_product_listings, write_content, read_draft_orders, write_draft_orders, read_orders, write_orders, read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders, read_fulfillments;

This information stated above is needed in order to offer you our end-to-end manufacturing & fulfillment service. From importing and creating products from our app to your Shopify store, to fulfilling and delivering the order directly to your customer. 

  1. Technologies used for automatic data collection:

 “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. 

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. 

“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site so we can improve your browsing and user experience.

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:

Additionally, we may use third-party tracking technologies such as Google Analytics & The Facebook Pixel. For example, these tracking technologies will allow us to see when you use and how you browse the Site & App. This will help us improve our performance and your experience.

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

In order for Ownprint to provide you with the Service, we work with Third Party Service Providers or Contractors to whom we share personal data to support our Service. 

We will only share personal data to Third Party Service Providers or Contractors that have undertaken to comply with requirements and obligations set out in applicable data protection laws.

Information that you provided us with while using “the Service” may be provided to our third party shipping carrier to provide you the Service and to make the delivery directly to your customer possible.

In certain circumstances, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our legal rights.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

We may retain your data and order information for our records for as long as you have an Ownprint account and use our services to manufacture, fulfill and ship your orders.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
