Ownprint’s Privacy Policy
Ownprint Fulfillment (“the App”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Ownprint”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
Ownprint provides print on demand products and fulfillment (“the Service”) to merchants who sell through their own online stores. You can use the Service by connecting a store on a supported e-commerce platform (currently Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and Squarespace), or by placing orders manually or via CSV upload from your Ownprint dashboard. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you create an Ownprint account, connect any supported store integration, or otherwise use the Service.

When you connect a store integration, you authorize us through that platform’s official authorization flow (such as OAuth) to access certain store data. We request only the permissions needed to provide the Service, which in general means access to:

Your customers’ information: to fulfill your orders, we process the order details of your end customers (such as name, shipping address, and personalization content). We use this information solely to produce, pack, and deliver the order on your behalf, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site so we can improve your browsing and user experience.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:
Additionally, we may use third-party tracking technologies such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. For example, these tracking technologies will allow us to see when you use and how you browse the Site and App. This helps us improve our performance and your experience.
We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: communicate with you; optimize or improve the App; and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
In order for Ownprint to provide you with the Service, we work with third-party service providers or contractors to whom we share personal data to support our Service, such as production and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, payment processors, and analytics providers.
We will only share personal data with third-party service providers or contractors that have undertaken to comply with requirements and obligations set out in applicable data protection laws.
Information that you provide us with while using the Service may be provided to our third-party shipping carriers to provide you the Service and to make the delivery directly to your customer possible.
In certain circumstances, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ personal information.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States, where part of our production and fulfillment takes place.
We retain your data and order information for as long as you have an Ownprint account and use our services to manufacture, fulfill and ship your orders, and afterwards only as needed to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you disconnect a store integration, our access to that store’s data through the platform ends. Order and product records already synced to your Ownprint account remain available in your dashboard for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to, we will delete the personal data we hold about you and your customers, except where we are legally required to retain it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices, the platforms we support, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
